Data Storage

We know that you and your dogs have probably received many emails regarding the UK's General Data Protection Regulation that comes into effect following Brexit. Our Privacy Policy shows you how we store your information and dispose of it when you decide to cease services we have provided to you and your pets.

Both Fran and Suzy understand the need for privacy on a personal level and have always maintained this professionally. Likewise, we provide services and products we ourselves would want for our own pets. We have done limited marketing and advertising for this reason, as would wish especially from a training context that you and your pets privacy is respected. We share no personal information on our Facebook posts and do not tag or name a client's dog's personal photo. We also have an option on our terms and conditions in regard to photo sharing on social media.

Access to your personal data is password-protected when held in cloud-based software, laptop or secured in a locked cabinet. The systems used for processing and storing your data are password protected and encrypted (please see their own privacy statements by using the links below). Keys used to access properties are labelled in a colour-coded manner without any personal information bar your dog’s name on the key tag.

Whenever we collect or process your personal data, we’ll only keep it for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. At the end of that retention period, your data will either be deleted completely, shredded or anonymised, for example by aggregation with other data so that it can be used in a non-identifiable way for statistical analysis and business planning.
